1. Who we are

These terms cover your use of summittransfers.co and any order you place with Summit Transfers, a brand of Adrenaline Screenworks LLC ("Summit," "we," "us"), based in West Michigan. Contact: support@summittransfers.co · 616-500-3331 · Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM ET.

2. What you're buying

  • We sell physical transfers: DTF transfers for apparel, and UV DTF transfers for hard surfaces. You're not buying a finished garment, a decorated product, or a digital file.
  • You press or apply the transfers yourself.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Regular DTF is priced at $0.55 per linear inch on 24.5" wide sheets. There's no minimum length; sheets run up to 200".
  • UV DTF is printed on 22.5" wide film and has its own pricing, which is shown on its product pages.
  • Your exact price is shown before you add a sheet to your cart, and it's confirmed at checkout. Prices are in USD and can change, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.
  • Discount codes, including Partnership Program pricing, follow the terms of each offer. Discount codes can't be combined, including Partnership Program pricing, unless we approve it at our discretion.
  • Payment is due in full at checkout. We don't currently offer net or invoice terms.

4. Your artwork and responsibility

  • You must own or have permission to reproduce all artwork you upload. Don't upload trademarks, copyrighted characters, logos or likenesses you don't have rights to.
  • You're responsible for your file's dimensions, resolution, transparency, spelling, layout and content. Our upload tools give sizing and resolution feedback, but we print what you submit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to cancel and refund any order, containing artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, hateful or obscene.
  • You agree to cover costs from any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.
  • We may keep your files on record for production and future reorders.
  • By placing an order, you give us permission to show photos or videos of your printed transfers and finished products on our website and social media. If you'd rather we didn't, email support@summittransfers.co and we won't feature your artwork.

5. Color and print results

  • We print in 9-color expanded gamut for regular DTF. Screens differ, so printed color can vary a little from what you see on your monitor.
  • Free sample: one per customer. The sheet is free, and you pay $5 shipping.

6. Application

  • Our pressing guide is a recommended starting point, and your mileage may vary. Regular DTF: 300°F, 15 seconds, medium-to-firm pressure, hot peel, then a 7-second second press with a texturizing sheet. UV DTF needs no heat: apply it to a clean, smooth surface, press firmly, and peel the top film slowly.
  • Results depend on your press, the garment or surface, and how you apply the transfer. Test before running a full job. We aren't responsible for damage to garments, blanks or surfaces, or for results from how a transfer was applied.

7. Shipping, pickup and turnaround

Orders placed by noon ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Shipping options, rates and pickup are covered in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and reprints

Every order is custom, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If a product is defective or we sent the wrong order, email support@summittransfers.co within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a description (photos help). If we confirm the issue, we'll reprint your order at no charge. Reprints are our remedy for defective or incorrect orders; we don't issue refunds. See our Refund Policy.

9. Partnership Program

Partnership pricing depends on your consistent monthly spend. Tiers are reviewed and adjusted by Summit: monthly for discount increases, and quarterly for reductions. If your spend drops below your tier for a full quarter, your discount may move down to the tier that matches your spend.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a missed event date.

11. Website use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, interfering with checkout or the builders, or uploading malicious files. Our design tools and builders are provided as-is.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
