Step 2 · Prepare artwork

Give the press a strong starting point.

Clean source artwork produces clean transfers. Review every file at its intended print size before submitting it.

Step 4 · Apply your transfers

Position. Press. Finish.

These are our recommended starting settings. Results vary by heat press and garment, so test on a spare garment or scrap first and adjust from there. Your mileage may vary.

UV DTF

No heat needed.

Apply to a clean, smooth surface, press firmly, then peel the top film slowly.

Regular DTF

  1. 01Pre-press

    Remove moisture and wrinkles, then position the transfer.

  2. 02Press

    300°F for 15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure.

  3. 03Peel

    Peel HOT, right after the press opens, without shifting the design.

  4. 04Finish

    Cover with a texturizing sheet and press again for 7 seconds.

Which ordering path should I choose?

Use RapidGang for separate design files, Gang Sheet Builder for hands-on arrangement, and Finished Sheet Upload for a complete production-ready layout.

Does Summit review my artwork?

The Summit upload workflow provides sizing and resolution feedback, but you remain responsible for dimensions, transparency, spelling, layout and the content submitted.

Can I order one design?

Yes. Summit supports orders without a minimum quantity; choose the workflow that best matches the file you have ready.

What if I am unsure before ordering?

Contact Summit before submitting a production file. It is easier to resolve an artwork question before the order enters production.
